What was the highlight of AMANO Covent Garden
Very Good
The location is very strategic. Many restaurants and cafes around the hotel. The hotel has a nice interior design and the staffs are helpful. We were allowed to extend check out with a small fee which is very convenient.
There is no refrigerator in the room. You can request a coolerbox. We needed to store food for a friend and it almost didn't fit. Other than that, our stay at the hotel was comfortable.

The girl on the front of house in the rooftop bar wasn't very pleasant and the service was a bit slow Rooms were very tiny not much room to move in them

Good location; adequate accommodation.
The location was absolutely spot on. Bed was comfortable. Large bathroom. Bar is excellent. Staff were very helpful.
Room was quite spartan. Nowhere to sit and do makeup or hair. Lighting too subdued. Very little storage space for toiletries etc. No fridge in room.

All in all a nice stay in a convenient location
Conveniently located, clean rooms and friendly staff.
The hotel restaurant and bar hosts parties during the weekend and when we arrived on Sat night after a theatre, I was pretty shocked of the loud music coming from both sides of the lobby. The music itself did not bother us in the room but the party culture probably has something to do with the fact that you could hear people talking in the hallway and coming in to the rooms pretty late - though this could happen in any hotel. But if I’d be the hotel manager, I would make sure the parties are less visible to other guests. ;) On our second night there was a drunk lady in a room somewhere close by making awfully lot of noises in the middle of the night and we had to call the reception. They responded immediately and eventually after a longer period of time and negotioations, the lady was removed from the room. Again, maybe something that could’ve happened anywhere. Next day at check-out, our breakfast was compensated as an apology, which I thought was very nice and thoughtful. The staff was very kind.
